What's in it
One job, one record, start to finish.
A quote becomes a job, the job becomes an invoice, the invoice gets paid. You type the line items once.
A calendar you can drag
Day and week views. Drag a job to another day to move it. Repeat jobs weekly, monthly or yearly for boiler services and gutter rounds.
Invoices HMRC would recognise
Sequential numbers, per-line VAT at 20%, 5% or 0%, supply dates and your VAT number, checked before the first one goes out. Not VAT registered? The columns disappear.
Quotes they can say yes to
Every quote goes out with a link. Your customer opens it on their phone and taps Accept, and the job lands on your calendar waiting for a date.
Paid by card, on the spot
Every invoice has a link your customer opens on their phone. Connect Stripe and they pay by card; the invoice marks itself paid.
Reminders your customers read
The evening before a job, the customer gets an email or a text with the arrival window. Fewer wasted trips to an empty house.
Photos on the job
Before and after, meter readings, the boiler's data plate. Straight from the phone's camera, kept with the job.

What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace goes read-only. Nothing is deleted, every export still works, and subscribing picks up where you left off.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. Tick the box in Settings if you are and the VAT columns and your VAT number appear on every invoice. If you aren't, invoices say so.
Who holds the money when a customer pays by card?
You do. Payments go into your own Stripe account and on to your bank. We never touch them and we don't take a cut.
Can my apprentice use it?
Yes. One helper seat is included. Helpers see the jobs and the calendar but not your settings or billing.
Does it sync with Xero or QuickBooks?
Not a live sync yet. Reports gives you your invoices as a file in Xero's own import format, VAT rates mapped, ready for Xero's invoice import. A direct connection is on the list.
Can I leave?
Any time. Cancel from Billing. Export everything first, or after: your data stays readable.
